Finally! it's there! go check it out - www.thespiritengine.com
I played TSE with most of party types, and game was interesting every time. Now with new set of skills and less-linear fable it's going to be so much funnier.
Many of gamemakers shall go there and see the correct meaning of word: quality. (no offense, Magi-makers :P) Music and graphics are worth price. 60MB free demo leaves you wanting more.
Amazing.

I know. Bought it on day one without even playing the demo 8). I'm a big fan of the first Spirit Engine, so I thought that for 18$ I can buy it anyway as a tribute to the first one.

After playing it for a while, I can say that the game is really good and the gameplay has improved a lot since the last one. Though, I admit that I somehow think the story is a bit weaker and I miss old character-specific intros for your whole party.

As for quality, yeah, it's pretty great and 3 hours of music is lovely. But just way for our current project to see the light of day... :D

since you mentioned music: it's specially nice to hear if you been playing TSE1, cause some melodies sound familiar; and in new "covers" with better instruments they just are amazing.

Agreed! Though, I also really liked the how old-school TSE1 music sounded.

Cool beans it's out. I remember Teegee saying it's a very good game but I never got around to play it. I still have it somewhere on my hdd I think. I presume you've finished it already. Worth it?

Yeah, I completed it in few days after the purchase. Great game and well worth these few bucks. The story appears not very interesting at start, but gets better and better as the game goes. Also, interactions between different characters in your party are really incredible, considering that you can have loads of party combinations and every one will seem like if the whole game would be tailored for your current choice.
