Hmm, I'd like to have a look at the interface... The display of the battle doesn't make much of a difference to me, the old way was plenty good enough a representation of what was going on.

I take it this burst into flames that replaces Breach is like the destruction spell with poison (damage over time) that can't be blocked?
Nope. It's curse spell that makes your opponent burst in flames whenever you do any damage to him/her (from any source). So it's basically similar to Breach in effect, making all your attacks more powerful. But it's just 'cooler', more rewarding and more strategic -- as you need to connect the attack somehow. Fun combo is using it along with the Dissonance. It makes your enemy receive damage and burn for a while after each spell he/she casts
And I expect that the poison is no longer among the destruction spells then.
Venomous missile remained unchanged. It worked very well in MAGI and I have no intention of changing stuff that clearly doesn't reaquire changing.
